International Activities

The Society for Transportation Science and Logistics is an international society. For this reason, we have international liaisons on our board of directors to represent the interests of different parts of the world within the society. The liaisons should help us communicate with existing groups dedicated to the advancement of transportation science in other countries, or to initiate activities that will serve the needs of different regions of the world.

At this time, there are international liaisons for three major regions: The Americas (primarily south and central America), Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

The liaisons serve two-year terms. If you have an interest in transportation science and you are outside of U.S. and Canada, please feel free to contact the representative for your region to initiate activities or establish relationships with groups that may already exist.
