42nd  Virtual Annual ISMS Marketing Science Conference (2020)

In Spring 1979, David Montgomery and Dick Wittink hosted a research conference on quant marketing topics, at Stanford University. It was very successful, attracting 41 presentations and about 120 attendees. In 1983, the annual meeting was named the Marketing Science Conference. Success led to emulation, with conferences every year since and attendance increasing to 1,200 in Rome last year. Thousands of marketing scholars have presented their research, been inspired, and made lasting friends at this premier marketing research event. We are the proud heirs of this great research forum. Faced with the disruption of Covid-19, the ISMS Board voted to host the 42nd ISMS Marketing Science Conference virtually.

Congratulations. We are delighted to inform you that your paper is accepted for presentation at this virtual conference. I appeal to you to register and present, to continue this great tradition, disseminate your research, and inspire others. Below are the specifics.
