We were able to negotiate that attendees will receive a discounted rate from the normal rate of $580/$610 for rooms does to negotiated rates for 21-24 June $344/$374 depending on room type.

Information from UVa on Conference Venue

Venue

See the link to the right for information from University of Virginia about the conference venue, including directions from local airports, and information about parking and dining options. The UVA Darden Sands Family Grounds is located at 1100 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209.

There is not an official "conference hotel" for this event, but there this link from the conference venue lists four hotels within easy walking distance of the conference center:
