Bio

I am an Assistant Professor at Lehigh University's Department of Industrial Systems and Engineering (ISE). Previously, I was a Presidential and Dean Postdoctoral Fellow at Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, M.S. in Systems Science and Industrial Engineering from Binghamton University, and B.S.E in Biomedical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology.

My methodological research expertise and interests include optimization under uncertainty and (mixed) integer programming. My primary application areas and expertise are healthcare operations and analytics; facility location; transportation systems; and fair decision-making.
