Speakers: Dr. Sonya Crowe, the director of the Clinical Operational Research Unit (CORU) at University College London, and Dr. Zella King, an interdisciplinary academic based at the University College London (UCL) Institute of Health Informatics who works with healthcare data to improve service delivery.

This talk is a joint seminar with the Center for  Healthcare Operations Improvement and Research (CHOIR) at the University of Twente, as part of their ORAHS International Seminar Series.
