How to Gain Insights to Enhance Performance

When Historical Data Isn’t Viable in a World

Reshaped by COVID-19

Abstract:

Many organizations that are used to using models based on historical data to make key marketing, customer support and resource allocation decisions are now faced with a unique challenge as the ways people acted even several months ago are no longer relevant to how the same decisions are made in a world reshaped by COVID-19.  Russell Baris has had extensive experience uncovering high impact, actionable insights in situations where historical data has not been available.  He will share stories and learnings from an approach that he has had much success with in overcoming this challenge.
