    Dear Colleagues –

Hope you had a great experience at the INFORMS meeting last week.

I am pleased to inform you that I have received unanimous consent from the INFORMS board about the following recommendations made by the INFORMS publication committee:  (All new terms will begin on Jan 1, 2025.)

    1.       INFORMS Journal on Data Science:  Yu Ding  (Georgia Tech) will succeed the former EIC Galit Shmueli and  current interim EIC Kwok-Leung Tsui.

    2.       INFORMS Journal on Optimization:  Oktay Gunluk (Georgia Tech) will succeed the current EIC Dimitris Bertsimas.

    3.       Marketing  Science: Puneet Manchanda (Michigan) will succeed the current EIC Olivier Toubia.

    4.     INFORMS Transactions on Education:  Stefan Creemers (UC Louvain) will continue his second term as EIC.

    5.     Strategy Science:  Todd Zenger (University of Utah) will continue his second term as EIC.

As we all know, journal publications are important for our careers, and these editors, editorial board members, and reviewers are all volunteers to serve our INFORMS community and beyond.

On this note, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outgoing EICs (Galit Shmueli, Kwok-Leung Tsui, Dimitris Bertsimas, and Olivier Toubia) for their outstanding leadership and service that took all these journals to greater heights with bigger impact.  Please join me in thanking these individuals and their teams for their impeccable service to INFORMS throughout all these years!

At the same time, please join me in welcoming the incoming and continuing editors. I urge all of you to continue to support all EICs so that INFORMS can continue to thrive!

Thank you for your continued support!

    Christopher Tang

    INFORMS VP (publications)
