INFORMS Open Forum

We invite submissions for a new special issue of Service Science, an INFORMS journal, that aims to explore the broad and diverse impact of AI on service sectors ranging from healthcare to finance, education, and beyond. We invite papers that explore how predictive and generative AI are transforming service landscapes, improving customer experiences, and reshaping operational processes. Submissions will be accepted until December 1, 2024.
