Focus:
This special issue seeks research that explores how GenAI and Agentic AI are transforming the integration of operations and marketing - from demand sensing and adaptive operations to AI-driven decision automation and governance.
We welcome analytical, empirical, behavioral, simulation, and system design studies with clear implications for operations-management theory and practice. Interdisciplinary and practice-oriented collaborations are strongly encouraged.
