Dear Colleagues,
We are excited to announce that the 2027 Early-career Sustainable Operations Workshop will be held in Boston at Harvard Business School from February 19 to February 21. The workshop will provide research presentations and networking opportunities for early-career scholars who work in sustainable operations management.
There will be a reception on Friday night (2/19), followed by a full day of presentations on Saturday (2/20), and a half day of presentations on Sunday (2/21). As in previous years, there will be a registration fee of 100 USD per person for faculty. There is no registration fee for current doctoral students.
This year's program committee includes Christian Kaps and Elisabeth Paulson from Harvard Business School, as well as Dorothee Honhon and Shouqiang Wang from the University of Texas at Dallas. We are also grateful for guidance from the steering committee, which includes Priyank Arora (University of South Carolina), David Drake (University of Colorado Boulder), and Beril Toktay (Georgia Institute of Technology).
We will follow up with more details about the workshop, the submission process, deadlines, and travel information in the late summer/early fall.
