The study has found that despite the widespread belief in the effectiveness of gender-diverse teams, biases and stereotypes remain significant obstacles to overcome. Personally, I find this finding to be quite insightful. It highlights the need to not only promote diversity but also to challenge and transform our intrinsic perceptions of gender roles in professional settings.
