Hi all - I was reviewing the Diversity Blogs and I found the one titled "Empowered to Succeed: Community for Women of Color in OR/MS" (https://connect.informs.org/diversity/diversity-blog/women-color) . This piece talks about building a community of women from diverse backgrounds which provides a safe space for them to share their thoughts. This really reflected my thoughts and reminded me of when I was in college, we had actively started a hackathon named "KALPANA" powered by IEEE to empower women. This was done by making one women member compulsory for the team, trying to engage more participation. I was entitled to be the Personnel and Media - Marketing head for the same. However, I might be a mismatch for the blog as I have never experienced this in person. Being from a tech background as a Software Engineer, I have always been pushed and praised by my colleagues and managers. 

Though I know that there are still a lot of gaps in the tech community, but " Do you think that it is somehow changing with time, and bridging the current gaps together?"
