My name is Arpan Banerjee. I'm currently pursuing my Masters in Business Analytics at UC Davis. Before this, I worked as a Data Scientist for Honeywell's refining division to optimize our client's refinery operations.
I did most of my data-science-related learning online prior to this course, so one resource I really found helpful was Statquest. It's a really cool channel that explains Statistics concepts in a fun, musical manner, which made the concept stick to my mind better. I encourage you guys to check it out.
Data-driven sustainable energy solutions is an area I'm really interested in. A cool example I came across recently was how Google used AI to optimize their data center operations (How are data centers powered sustainably?).
