Thank you to those members who participated in today's Book Club during which we discussed "Mindset: The New Psychology of Success" by Carol S. Dweck. We talked about how important it is to look at life through the growth mindset and to force yourself to continue learning and doing things that you may not be very comfortable with – like public speaking! And how pushing yourself out of your comfort zone can be such a valuable example to set for your children, students, partners... If you've read the book, do you think people can change from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset? Interested to hear your thoughts.
