    Hi there,
    It is our pleasure to announce the call for application for the TAPMI-Max Planck Winter School 2025. 
    T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) in collaboration with Max Planck Institute for Human Development (MPIB) is organizing the fifth Winter School (WS2025) on "Boosting Informed Decisions" in Manipal, Karnataka, India. This workshop will serve as the kick-off  for the newly established Max Planck Group Partner Group on "Boosting Informed Decisions". 
    This Winter School will be conducted from Jan 09th -15th, 2025, in TAPMI Manipal campus, India.

    Workshop Highlights
    • Keynote Talks by  Ralph Hertwig (Director of the centre for adaptive rationality, MPIB, Berlin) & Gerd Gigerenzer (Director Emeritus at MPIB and Vice President of the European Research Council)
    • Workshops by faculty members from top institutes in Germany, UK, China, and India
    • Seminars, poster sessions, panel discussions, debates, networking sessions and much more
    • Topics including (but not limited to) Nudging and Boosting, Decisions from experience, Risk Literacy, Heuristics, Fast and Frugal Trees, Behavioral Sciences beyond the laboratory, Misinformation, and Humans & Machines. 
    • No registration charges and free accommodation (shared basis) will be provided at TAPMI campus for the workshop participants
