We are pleased to inform you that the department of Operations and Decision Sciences at T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), a constituent unit of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) is organizing the International Conference on Emerging trends in Operations and Analytics (ICETOA) on March 17^th -19^th, 2023 at TAPMI, Manipal, Karnataka, India.

We are at the crossroads of technological advancement and operational excellence where big data analytics, supply chain analytics, automation, industry 4.0, optimization, trade-off management, logistics excellence, coordination, and supply chain relationships are the buzzwords. Especially after the outbreak of COVID-19 the pace of technological advancement and adoption has been phenomenal. The traditional function of operations and analytics has undergone a metamorphosis.  Operations and Analytics which were often considered horizontal functions have now established themselves as verticals, with multiple branches and varied ramifications. This conference aims to understand how the changes in perception of operations and analytics fields from being considered as horizontal functions to established verticals can lead to the creation of sustainable competitive advantage.

2. Dr. Sriram Narayanan  Kesseler Family Faculty Fellow in Supply Chain Management, Broad College of Business,  Michigan State University, USA

  
The conference will also host plenary sessions by eminent professors and scholars from Indian academia.

The deadline for submission is December 15^th, 2022. Notification of acceptance will be sent out by December 30^th, 2022. 

 PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES 

·         Selected full paper submissions may be considered for publication in a special issue of Operations Management Education Review Journal (Scopus Indexed) after the peer review process as per the journal's guidelines and scope. 

·         A few selected and relevant full-paper submissions may be considered for publication in the Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management (Scopus Indexed).
