The winner and runner-up are:
- Winner: Yuhang Du (London Business School), for the paper "Optimal Assignment Guidelines for Maternity Waiting Homes in Resource-Constrained Environments."
- Runner-up: Sogand Soghrati Ghasbeh (University of Michigan), for the paper "Hospital Admission and Patient Transfer Control: An Offline Doubly Robust Learning Approach."
