Thank you for sharing the opportunity to us. I wanted to let you know that in INFORMS system, they still show a fee of $20 while adding the MIF membership. However, in the checkout they are not charging anything. As INFORMS system can detect us as a student, it would be better if they directly show us the student rate there. Same for other community chapters as well.

The INFORMS MIF is pleased to announce a call for abstracts for the inaugural INFORMS MIF Summer Webinar Competition! The webinars will be five to ten minutes long and will be presented in the summer of 2024. The competition is open to students MIF members enrolled in a PhD program. Any INFORMS student member can now join MIF for free!
Participants should submit a structured abstract with the following sections: purpose, methods, results, and conclusions. The abstracts are limited to 400 words and should be submitted through this form by June 15, 2024.
The award will be presented at the 2024 INFORMS Annual Meeting. The winner of the competition will receive an honorarium, and all participants will receive a certificate of participation.
