    We're excited to continue our ScholarsConnect seminar series with a presentation that promises to be as informative as it is impactful. G. Busra Karkili, a dynamic Ph.D. candidate and student of Dr. Senay Solak, from University of Massachusetts Amherst, will lead the discussion on "Policies for Funding of Service Providers in Voucher-Based Subsidy Programs."
