Nicholas McMillan is a Lead Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Developer at Family & Children’s Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With a background that blends analytics, education, and social services, Nicholas brings a fresh, applied perspective to the technical challenges organizations face every day. He specializes in using data to improve care in complex human service systems, but his insights go far beyond social services—highlighting how social dynamics, messy realities, and “starting in the middle” show up in every analytics problem. Nicholas is a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP-X) and holds an M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Tulsa.
