2015 Prize Winner

The RM&P Section Practice Award recognizes outstanding applications of revenue management and pricing techniques. As in previous years, the 1st-prize winner was selected based on impact, originality, and technical merit.
Recognizing the outstanding effort of an interdisciplinary team comprised of both practitioners and academics, the 2015 Prize has been presented to the Yihaodian, Ross School of Business, Tuck School of Business, and The Wharton School for their joint submission "Competition-Based Dynamic Pricing in Online Retailing."
The prize was awarded at the 2015 INFORMS Revenue Management and Pricing Section conference, held on June 11-12, 2015 in Columbia University Morningside Heights Campus, New York.
The winning team included Marshall Fisher, Santiago Gallino, Jun Li, Jerry Liu, and Gang Yu. The prize selection committee included Jamison Graff, Loren Williams, and Ronald Menich.Click on the following links for: Submission, Presentation, Paper(s).
