.๐Ÿ’ก Seminar Topic:

While robust analytical methods are vital for the success of Decision Support Tools, their adoption and long-term impact depend on much more than just the math. Factors such as effective change management, seamless integration design, stakeholder alignment, and plans for ongoing monitoring and maintenance play pivotal roles.

In this interactive session, I will share lessons (often learnt the hard way) in driving sustainable success in analytical projects from diverse client projects across industries. Join me for a discussion on bridging the gap between analytics models and real-world implementation success.
