They want to find the best deals in terms of prices and quality and have a smooth and enjoyable experience during their trip. On the other hand, travel providers such as airlines and travel agencies, want to satisfy passenger expectations in terms of quality of services and at the same time they want to optimize their operations to stay competitive and innovative.
