Join us for an engaging webinar on how human judgment and AI can work together to support better, more responsible decisions. See the attached poster for more details.

Title of webinar: Human Judgment in the Age of AI: Women Designing Better Decisions
As AI becomes increasingly embedded in organizational and societal decision making, an important question remains: how should human judgment and algorithmic tools work together? This session brings together women in OR/MS whose research and practice examine the human side of AI-enabled decisions, including trust, transparency, behavioral responses, implementation, and responsible use. Panelists will discuss how better decisions require more than accurate predictions; they also depend on thoughtful system design, organizational context, and an understanding of how people interpret and act on model-generated recommendations. By highlighting women's contributions at the intersection of AI, analytics, and decision making, the session will offer fresh perspectives on an important frontier for OR/MS and inspire attendees interested in shaping the future of responsible, high-impact analytics.
