Hello everyone,
I recently developed the Affordable Housing Intelligence Platform (AHIP), a decision-support project that brings together public housing data, business intelligence, statistical forecasting, scenario analysis, and AI-assisted interpretation.
The goal is to help housing professionals better understand:
• housing affordability and renter burden
• housing supply and development activity
• areas that may require deeper review
• local operational issues such as permitting
The public version currently includes three nationwide Power BI dashboards and a Miami-Dade County residential permitting pilot. The broader project also includes forecasting and scenario analysis to support future planning.
I would greatly value feedback from the INFORMS community, particularly on the analytics methodology, forecasting approach, decision-support framework, data quality, and how this type of platform could be strengthened or applied in practice.

I would especially appreciate hearing from anyone working in operations research, analytics, AI, public-sector decision support, housing, or real estate.
Thank you, and I look forward to learning from the community.
