INFORMS will offer two scholarships to support travel to the 2026 INFORMS Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California, November 1-4, 2026.
-- The first scholarship aims to foster the professional pipeline of operations research, management science, and analytics researchers by providing undergraduate students an opportunity to experience these exciting fields and gain professional development opportunities by attending the Annual Meeting.
-- The second, which seeks to encourage peer-to-peer outreach, will support Annual Meeting travel for students who have successfully implemented outreach programs at their academic institutions. This scholarship is open to both undergraduate and graduate students, with nominations allowed from the students themselves or their schools.
Both scholarship opportunities require a letter of recommendation from a faculty advisor or another university staff member who is familiar with your academic goals and/or the outreach programs that you have implemented.
Submission Deadline for both is June 15, 2026.
