Allow me to belatedly share with you the September 2004 issue of Decision Analysis. This is an especially interesting issue, since it includes an exchange between two leading lights of the field.
Simon French, a statistician, Professor Emeritus at University or Warwick, shared his thoughts in "Whose Judgement? Reflections on Elicitation in Bayesian Analysis."
Larry Phillips, a psychologist, Prof. Emeritus at London School of Economics, responded with a less explicitly Bayesian perspective, focused more on what decision makers want and need, and less on the formal or mathematical aspects; Simon French replied. Interesting dialogue, well worth reading.
In addition, Ansari at DePaul University, Enayati at University of Missouri-St. Louis, Akhavan-Tabatabaei at Sabanci University, and Kapp at University of Missouri-Columbia also shared "Curbing the Opioid Crisis: Optimal Dynamic Policies for Preventive and Mitigating Interventions."
