    Hi all - posting for an attorney colleague of mine:  "We are looking for an individual who renders information not individually identifiable by determining that the risk is very small that the information could be used to identify an individual and then document such. (the "Expert Determination" method, Section 164.514(b) of the HIPAA Privacy Rule)."
