    Dear colleagues,
    We are pleased to release the Second Announcement of the International Conference on Bilevel Optimization (ICBO), which will take place August 2-5, 2026, CMU - University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, USA. 
    Abstract Submission
    The abstract submission window is open from January 1, 2026 to March 1, 2026. We warmly invite researchers and practitioners to submit abstracts presenting original contributions in bilevel optimization, including theory, algorithms, and applications. Detailed submission instructions are available on the conference website.
    Keynote (Plenary) Speakers
    ICBO 2026 will feature the following outstanding plenary speakers:
    • Amy Greenwald, Brown University, USA
    • Leonardo Lozano, University of Cincinnati, USA
    • Shoham Sabach, Cornell University, USA
     
    Tutorial Lecturers
    The conference will also include high-quality tutorial lectures delivered by leading experts. The confirmed tutorial lecturers are:
    • Martine Labbé, Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium
    • Zhaosong Lu, University of Minnesota, USA
