This is a reminder that the submission deadline for the INFORMS Workshop on Data Science 2026 (WDS 2026) is this Wednesday, July 1, 2026, roughly three days away. If you intend to submit, please plan to finalize your paper soon.
A brief recap for those who missed the original call:
WDS 2026 is hosted by the INFORMS College on Artificial Intelligence and will be held on October 31, 2026 in San Francisco, California, in conjunction with the INFORMS Annual Meeting. The workshop invites innovative data science research addressing business and societal problems through data mining, machine learning, optimization, and related methods. Application areas include marketing, finance, health care, cybersecurity, social networks, and other business and societal domains. We also welcome theoretical and methodological contributions, including optimization for machine learning and new algorithms for data mining.
Submission types: complete papers of up to 10 pages, or short papers of up to 5 pages. All submissions must be blinded and follow the formatting instructions in the Call for Papers.

· Notification of acceptance: August 25, 2026
