    Posted 28 days ago

I have donated my copies of Operations Research to the Math Department at William & Mary.  If anyone has the following issues and would be willing to donate them, we would have a complete set:

    Volumes 1-12 (1956-1964)

    Volume 18, Numbers 1, 3, 4, and 5 (1970)

    Volume 19, Number 1 (1971)

    Volume 61, Number 1 (2013)

    Larry,

What a wonderful gift to William & Mary! I wish I had the remaining issues to help you complete the set, but unfortunately I cannot be of help. I hope you find a donor.

    Dear Professor Leemis,

    Dear Lawrence,

Thank you for your donation and therefore for your valuable contribution to future training and research in the field of OR-MS!

Another idea to further expand and complete the inventory of the journal "Operations Research" at William & Mary could be to contact the editor-in-chief of the journal, Prof. Dr. Amy Ward (e-mail: amy.ward@chicagobooth.edu) and to ask her to find out with her colleagues in the journal whether there are still some hard/printed copies of missing issues and otherwise whether some reprints of old or missing issues could be created.

    All the best for this!

    Cordial thanks to you again,
and also to the INFORMS team which makes possible and maintains this valuable discussion platform.

    Kind regards,
    best wishes,
    Willi (Gerhard-Wilhelm Weber)

Due to a generous contribution from Steven Graves, we are now down to just 22 missing issues of Operations Research, which are

    Volume  1 All issues (1953)

    Volume  2 All issues (1954)

    Volume  3 All issues (1955)

    Volume  4 Numbers 4 and 5 (1956)

    Volume  9 Number 1 (1961)

    Volume 61 Number 1 (2013)

Our collection is of physical journals, not e-copies.  Thank you all for the help with this.

    Hello Prof. Leemis,

It's an awesome service and gift to Dept. of Mathematics. I have emailed you the contents from Vol 61 Issue 1 of the OR journal.
    Thanks

Thank you for sending the zip-ed version of the 2013 articles. The collection
that I have are the actual physical journals rather than the electronic versions.
Thanks to Steve Graves from MIT, we are now just missing 22 issues. Here they
    are:

    Volume 1 All issues (1953)
    Volume 2 All issues (1954)
    Volume 3 All issues (1955)
    Volume 4 Numbers 4 and 5 (1956)
    Volume 9 Number 1 (1961)
    Volume 61 Number 1 (2013)
