The topic of "online dating sites: the size of the potential dating pool makes all the difference" could in fact contribute to the OR-MS research and application area of Human Resource Management (HRM) (a comparison, modeling and ultimately matching between job seeker, e.g., university graduates, and free jobs in companies in various branches, industries or sectors), add further quantitative and qualitative, especially sizing and tuning aspects to HRM, and raise and expand the corresponding awareness, but conversely also benefit from innovations in OR-MS based HRM.
