    Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the 2nd New York-Ontario (NYON) Operations Workshop will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, at the Simon Business School, University of Rochester.

The NYON Workshop aims to showcase cutting-edge research across different areas of Operations Management, including supply chains, service operations, artificial intelligence, technology, and healthcare.

This one-day, in-person workshop will bring together distinguished faculty from leading institutions across the New York-Ontario region for a series of invited research talks in operations management, operations research and related fields. The event will also feature a keynote address delivered by Professor Serguei Netessine from the Wharton School of Business.

We hereby warmly invite faculty members and students from near and far to join us for what promises to be a stimulating and collegial day of scholarship and exchange.

Registration for the event is free but required, and due by September 27th. Further details, including the program schedule and registration information, can be found on the event website: https://simon.rochester.edu/events/nyon-2026
