    I wanted to share a new article I published in Analytics Magazine this week titled "Beyond Use Cases: A Strategic Framework for Scaling AI in B2B Sales."

    Across many organizations, AI in B2B sales gets stuck in fragmented pilots. This piece outlines a holistic, intentional framework for scaling AI across data governance, sales workflow evolution, and talent strategy.
