INFORMS is recruiting experienced analytics/OR professionals to volunteer as coaches for the Career Coaching Open House in the Analytics+ Career Studio.

What is the Career Coaching Open House?
The Career Coaching Open House is designed to offer 30-minute high-impact 1:1 coaching sessions - offered on a first come, first served basis during a two-hour session at the 2026 Analytics+ Conference. Coaches help attendees get a quick resume tuneup plus actionable guidance on interviews, personal branding, and next-step career planning.
Format & goal
The open house runs in 30-minute blocks. Our goal is to have 10 coaches per hour, which can support up to 40 sessions during the two-hour window.
What you'll do in each 30‑minute session
- ~10 minutes: Resume Review Sprint - rapid scan of the top portion with high‑impact edits (headline/summary, impact bullets, role alignment)
- ~15 minutes: Coaching Focus (choose one) - interview prep (behavioral/technical hybrid) or personal branding & positioning or career trajectory planning
- ~5 minutes: Action Plan - the attendee leaves with 3 concrete next steps
