    Dear Participant:

     

    You are invited to participate in a research study titled "AI-Driven Hurricane Evacuation Decision-Making Survey," approved under UVA IRB-SBS #6557.

     

    Description: This study involves completing a 30-question Qualtrics survey, which should take about 10-15 minutes of your time. Your participation is completely voluntary, you may withdraw at any time without penalty, and your responses will remain anonymous and confidential. There are no potential risks associated with your participation, and there is no payment for participation.

     

    Purpose: The aim is to understand the perspectives of residents on utilizing AI-driven technology, particularly Large Language Models like ChatGPT, for personal decision-making processes during hurricane evacuation planning. 

     

    Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older.
