The 21st International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management (ICSSSM 2026) invites researchers to join a research-focused academic conference at the frontier of AI-enabled service systems, operations, and management.

📝 Submission Options
🔹Abstract Submission
Authors who wish to present at the conference should submit an abstract of up to 200 words.
Accepted abstracts will be invited for an on-site oral presentation in Oxford. Each presentation will be scheduled as a 20-minute slot (15-minute presentation + 5-minute discussion).
Abstracts are reviewed on a rolling basis, with decisions typically communicated within two weeks of submission.
🔹Full Paper Submission – Best Paper Competition
Authors who wish to compete for the Best Paper Award may submit a full paper directly; in this case, no separate abstract submission is required.
All full paper submissions will automatically be considered for the competition. Awards include:
- 1 Best Paper Award (£1,000 monetary prize)
- 3 Honorable Mentions
Award recipients will be announced during the conference.
