This symposium will bring together colleagues, collaborators, and former students from around the world to recognize Professor Carter's outstanding contributions to healthcare engineering and related fields.
The event is scheduled immediately prior to Canadian Operational Research Society Annual Meeting (CORS 2026) and the Canadian Healthcare Optimization Workshop (CHOW) in nearby Kingston Ontario.
