We are pleased to announce the results of the 2025 Public and Societal Operations Research (PSOR) Best Paper Award. This year we received 106 outstanding submissions, and we are grateful to the panel of 50 judges for their time and effort.

The winner will be announced at the PSOR Business Meeting and Breakfast on Monday, October 27 (8–9:30 am) at the INFORMS Annual Meeting. Finalist presentations will take place on Tuesday, October 28 (2:45–4 pm).
