    Dear Colleagues,

This is the final reminder for those of you who are interested in attending or presenting at the second workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Operations Management Research (AIMOR 2026) at the heart of the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains. This two-day workshop is designed to explore and advance the integration of AI/ML with Operations Management research.

Please note that registration for AIMOR 2026 is by invitation only, as the venue has limited capacity.

The event is scheduled to take place on May 14–15, 2026, at the Royal Canadian Lodge in Banff, Alberta. AIMOR provides a focused setting to exchange cutting-edge ideas with world-class researchers and present your research. This year, we will have two distinguished speakers who are leading experts in the field:

    • Prof. Amy Ward from the University of Chicago
    • Prof. Warren Powell from Princeton University

They will deliver tutorials on selected topics in this exciting field and present an in-depth discussion on how to incorporate AI/ML in OM research, while being impactful and successful in generating top-tier journal publications.

Registration & Support: Thanks to the generous support of the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, we are pleased to offer an exceptional "all-inclusive" registration package:

    • Faculty: $850 CAD
    • PhD Students/Post-docs: $600 CAD (with travel grants up to $400 CAD)

Registration fees include three nights of accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments on both workshop days, and a workshop dinner.

Submission Details: We invite you to submit an abstract or express your interest in participating by Saturday, January 31, 2026. Please visit our website for program details and submission guidelines: https://haskayne.ucalgary.ca/aimor

The first-round decisions will be communicated by Friday, February 6, 2026. The registration deadline is February 23, 2026.

From the AIMOR @ Banff organizing committee, we are looking forward to welcoming you to Banff on May 14-15, 2026!
