Good news! The deadline for CanQueue 2026 has been extended. There is still time to submit your abstract until September 8, 2026!
The CanQueue conference is organized on October 16-17, 2026, at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. It is one of the premier queueing conferences in North America dedicated to advance the development and application of queueing theory and related stochastic methodologies, including empirical and behavioral studies in service systems.

The workshop serves as a unique forum for leading Canadian and international scholars to exchange ideas on cutting-edge research, discuss emerging challenges, and establish new collaborations. This year we will have two keynote speakers who are leading experts in the field. Prof. Rouba Ibrahim from University College London will discuss how delay information shapes queueing system performance by combining heavy-traffic analysis and behavioral experiments. Prof. Ramandeep Randhawa from USC Marshall School of Business will talk about how data-driven queueing can improve access, timeliness, and fairness in justice systems.

The registration system will go live in the next couple of days. The registration fee will be CA$160, plus the option to join the conference dinner for CA$85.
