    INFORMS members Michael P. Johnson  (University of Massachusetts Boston) and Tayo Fabusuyi (University of Michigan) have developed a survey to assess the current state of diversity, equity and inclusion in OR/analytics university programs in the U.S. This survey is part of a broader initiative to better understand the presence of DEI in research, teaching and professional practice in OR/analytics. This initiative has received support from the INFORMS Diversity Ambassadors program. Our survey addresses:

    • Presence of traditionally underrepresented groups among students, faculty, and administrators of OR/Analytics programs
    • Level of engagement with DEI principles in academic coursework
    • Institutional orientation and commitment to DEI principles

    If you are an administrator with responsibility for one or more US-based undergraduate or graduate university programs in OR/analytics, we invite you to participate in our survey.
