Need little help from you guys. I am new to the data analytics and operational research field. We are doing  hybrid-scheduling problem as our assignment and i am not able to move on it. Can anyone help me out in it.

I worked this problem back in 1970 as a simulation problem using GPSS.   In some manner I think you need to include uncertainty and probably Monte Carlo.   Perhaps you need to better define what you mean by Hybrid-scheduling.
