    Dear INFORMS Student Members,

A gentle reminder that the deadline of the Second STEM SPARK: K–12 Poster Competition has been extended to August 31, 2026.

This competition provides a great opportunity for all INFORMS student members to creatively communicate their research through visually engaging posters and short videos designed for high school audiences. By sharing your story-your personal journey in STEM-you have the power to ignite curiosity and open doors for the next generation of thinkers, innovators, and problem-solvers.

    Why Participate?

    • Inspire future engineers, analysts, and scientists with your unique path in STEM.

    • Enhance your science communication skills by transforming complex research into accessible, relatable stories.

    • Be featured on the INFORMS K–12 website, reaching students, educators, and the wider public.

    • Make an impact by helping young learners visualize new possibilities in STEM.

Whether your passion was sparked by a classroom experiment, a science fair, or an inspiring mentor-this is your opportunity to become that spark for someone else.
