Dear colleagues,
I am organizing a session at the INFORMS Annual Meeting 2026 under the INFORMS Social Media Analytics (SMA) section, titled:
"From Tools to Autonomous Agents: The Rise of Agentic AI in Enterprise Systems."
This session aims to bring together research and practice on how organizations are evolving from traditional analytics and automation toward more autonomous, agentic AI systems.
I am currently inviting a small number of speakers (academia and industry) working in areas such as:
- Agentic AI / Autonomous Systems
- AI-driven CRM and customer intelligence
- Social media analytics and decision systems
- Enterprise AI, governance, and human-in-the-loop design
