    The rapidly growing fields of Big Data, AI and Machine Learning, together with emerging analytic theories and technologies, have allowed us to gain comprehensive insights into both social and transactional interactions in today's digital and service-driven economy. This series of SpringerBriefs in Service Science is devoted to publications that offer new perspectives on digitally empowered service research by showcasing service and digital transformations across various sectors of the fast-growing digital economy around the world. The research findings presented will help organizations address their business and/or service challenges in today and tomorrow's service-oriented and digital economy.    

    SpringerBriefs present concise summaries of cutting-edge research and practical applications across a wide spectrum of fields. Featuring compact volumes of 50 to 125 pages, the series covers a variety of contents, including but not limited to:
