    Dear Colleagues, 

     

    The 28th International Conference of Hong Kong Society for Transportation Studies (HKSTS) will be held in Hong Kong from 9 – 10 December 2024.  

     

    Established in February 1996, the HKSTS aims to foster excellence in transportation research and practice, stimulate professional interchange in transportation, and provide a forum for exchanging ideas on transportation developments. 

     

    The theme of the 28th International HKSTS Conference is "Technology and Service Innovation in Transportation", which calls for a comprehensive investigation of emerging technologies and new services that enable an efficient, sustainable, reliable, and inclusive transportation system.

    15 Apr 2024               Deadline for submission of abstracts 

    31 May 2024               Notification of acceptance of abstracts 

    15 Aug 2024               Deadline for submission of full papers 

    15 Sep 2024                Notification of acceptance of full papers 

    15 Oct 2024                Deadline for submission of final papers 

    9-10 Dec 2024            The 28th HKSTS International Conference

     

    The conference this year will be in physical format only (i.e., no virtual or hybrid sessions). The registration fee is 5,000 HKD/person (~640 USD/person), which covers the attendance of the conference, two lunches, a conference dinner, and refreshments.
