Dear colleagues,
The Supply Chain Management Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Manufacturing and Service Operations Management (MSOM) Society will hold its annual conference in person, on June 27, 2025, preceding the MSOM 2025 conference (June 28-29).
On behalf of the Supply Chain Management SIG, we would like to invite you to submit papers to this conference. Acceptance decisions will be based on full paper submissions. In-person presentations of the accepted papers will be scheduled in a single track. We are seeking high-quality papers to be presented at the meeting. These papers can be analytical, empirical, theoretical, methodological, or applied, and may address any topic within the broad range of topics covered by supply chain management.
Important Dates
Opening of the Submission Portal: January 10, 2025
Close of the Submission Portal: January 24, 2025
Please note that no extensions will be given for the submission deadline. To facilitate the review process, we encourage you to submit your papers as early as possible.
Notification of Acceptance: April 15, 2025
Submission Instructions:
Manuscript Central will host a dedicated portal for SIG full manuscript submissions and MSOM main conference extended abstract submissions. The submission link will be provided in due course.
1. Parallel submission to the MSOM main conference
SIG authors who want their papers to be considered for the MSOM main conference presentation (in case of rejection by the SIG) should also submit an extended abstract to the MSOM main conference separately. Please indicate the corresponding SIG submission when submitting to the MSOM main conference.

Paper Format
- To facilitate a double-blind review, the paper should not contain author names.
- The paper should be submitted as a PDF file.
- The submitting author should be the presenter and will be considered the "primary author" in the system. Once your paper is accepted, you will upload a non-blinded paper with author names in the order they should appear.
Guidelines
- The same work can be presented only once during the entire conference period. Therefore, please do not submit the same work to multiple SIGs.
- Each attendee is limited to one submission for the MSOM conference, one submission for each SIG Meeting, and two presentations during the entire conference period.
- Submitted papers will be selected for oral presentation by double-blinded reviews.
- Additional guidelines may be announced by each SIG through the MSOM Society email list.
