Cape Town Hotel School Restaurant – A Unique Two-Oceans Experience

The Cape Town Hotel School Restaurant, part of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, is located on the scenic Atlantic seafront at Mouille Point, near the V&A Waterfront. This elegant waterfront venue offers panoramic views of the ocean and provides a distinctive fine-dining experience delivered by hospitality students under professional supervision.

Cape Town is globally known as the gateway between the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. While the geographical meeting point of the two oceans lies nearby along the Cape coastline, the Cape Town Hotel School Restaurant captures this spirit of convergence, offering guests a breathtaking oceanfront setting that symbolizes the meeting of cultures, ideas, and global collaboration-perfectly aligned with the mission of the IEOM Africa Conference.

With its stunning seaside location, you can connect industry and academic professionals from more than 20 countries at the 2026 IEOM South Africa conference in Cape Town.
