We invite researchers and practitioners working in supply chain management and logistics to the 18th Annual Workshop on Supply Chain and Logistics, which will be held at Bilkent University on Monday, June 2, 2025. You can find past workshop programs here:

This one-day workshop brings together researchers and practitioners with a shared interest in supply chain management and logistics. This year's theme focuses on energy supply chains, addressing key challenges such as resource allocation, resilience, sustainability, and the integration of renewable energy.
As global energy systems undergo rapid transformation, optimizing energy supply chains is more critical than ever. We welcome contributions that explore innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in energy logistics and infrastructure. Researchers interested in presenting at the workshop should submit either a close-to-finished manuscript or a recently accepted/published paper to one of the organizers by March 21, 2025. Submissions will be reviewed, and a select set of papers will be presented and discussed at the workshop. Since this is a one-day event, the number of talks will be limited. More details on the program will be announced by the end of April 2025.
There is no registration fee for the workshop. However, as space is limited, we encourage early registration by emailing workshop@ie.bilkent.edu.tr.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the university dorms and guest housing for participants. If you require accommodation, please notify us as soon as possible-no later than May 15, 2025-by emailing workshop@ie.bilkent.edu.tr.
